Oral interview

We carry out high-level quantitative and qualitative (partly standardized) interviews for you. Thereby you can choose between guided interviews or focused interviews. We carry these out as face-to-face interviews as well as in the form of group discussions or telephone interviews (CATI).

Written interview

For target groups that are hard to approach with other instruments, RADIX & PARTNERS offers written interviews mailed by post. This method is especially suitable for short questionnaires within a distinct topic. The design of the questionnaire is therefore very important. With our pool of interviewers we can realize Paper & Pencil Interviews directly on the street for example as Exit Polls, if desired.

Online, E-Mail & On-Site interviews

Interviewing the target group representative, the regular customer in a neutral and anonymous surrounding, allows for significant responses especially regarding more personal topics. For instance, some people feel uncomfortable (this is also depending on the target group) if they sit personally in front of the interviewer and if they have to provide negative feedback. For other target groups it is too time-consuming to interview them on the street. However, if they have the opportunity to determine the point in time themselves (E-Mail Surveys) they will respond more extensively and directly. With our own Panel in checkboxx.com and the possibility to integrate your regular customers and employees, we can implement surveys very efficiently. The integration of your dataset into a study can also be done without handing the data over to us so that your promise of confidentiality towards your customers/employees is guaranteed! Our ESOMAR membership is evidence of the high claim of quality, confidentiality and ethical approach.

Mystery Shopping & Customer Experience

When your sales and service personnel looks directly into guided customer needs it is possible to get a thorough insight into the qualitative procedures at the Point of Sale, on the telephone, during the consultancy or the presentation. RADIX & PARTNERS has 18 years of experience in the implementation of MysteryShopping and works with a pool of field staff which has been growing for many years. The testers have extensive experience in test situations (in the form of test purchases/test consumption/test consultancy/test complaints), however they do not work in this field full-time and deliver evaluations similar to the real customer. On the basis of your business model we can authentically realize different customer scenarios out of this pool for your personnel. Our MSPA membership attests our claims for our studies regarding ethical behavior and quality.


In order to fully explore the room for improvement of a POS it is necessary to look at the daily procedures from a neutral perspective. Through attending a POS for several hours, the POS staff soon „forget“ the presence of the observer and the effects of the observation (short-term strict obedience of rules) disappear again. An observer that absorbs and records the procedures, communications, buyer reactions and much more, can provide a valuable input for an in-depth analysis in this context.
